What are we looking for?

Align Therapy, LLC (alignpodcast.com) is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager who is passionate about health and wellness and developing long-term, mutually profitable relationships between us and our strategic partners.

We partner with some of the best health and wellness brands in the world and share about their products on our podcast, social media accounts and email newsletter.

If hired, you would take the lead finding new partners, managing existing partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring the execution of deliverables agreed upon in the contracts.

Availability

Responsibilities

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management

  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound reach outs

  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest

  • Collaborate with company owner and senior management to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships

  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies

  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally

  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships

  • Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership 

  • Ensure all deliverables are met on time (you will be working directly with Aaron, the CEO on this)

Tools You’ll Be Using

  • GMail for communication with partners

  • Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) for internal organization

  • Asana for internal project management

  • Slack for internal team communication

  • Google Meet or Zoom for calls with partners
